Data Products

The Data Products team develops and maintains E15’s data tools and assets to enable accurate, timely analysis and insight across Compass’ broad data ecosystem. We comprise of Data Engineering, Data Science, Application Development, and Data Operations disciplines.

The Data Products Team:

• Develops data pipelines to ingest data from our 3rd party system providers.
• Secures, governs, and evolves existing data assets.
• Develops internal survey, audit, and reporting applications used by 1000s of Compass users daily.
• Models data into easy-to-use formats for analysts and downstream consumers.
• Enables our clients’ analysts by sharing clean data back with their data teams.
• Forecasts, predicts, and programmatically uncover insights via our Data Science team.
• Supports E15 and Compass end users with data access and literacy.
