Our committees

Our affinity groups are integral to our commitment to inclusivity and empowerment. These committees provide opportunities for associates to contribute to our culture and gain leadership skills, fostering meaningful relationships and shaping our organization’s future.

Fostering an inclusive, transparent, and fun culture is something we’re passionate about at E15. Our Culture Committee exists to provide professional development opportunities, enhance our remote and in-person communities, and encourage connections between E15ers, regardless of location.

Our DE&I Committee ensures E15 is a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace by providing resources to encourage personal growth & education, supporting DE&I initiatives, and hosting inclusive events. Our focus is to be intentional about our initiatives to improve E15 and positively impact the hospitality/data industry at large.

Giving Back

E15 values our role in the communities where we work and live. Each quarter, we source opportunities to give back to local organizations, especially those related to food and the environment.
